Fixy is a focused micro-SaaS project delivered as a real running product. VeebiAgency connected product scope, interface design, application development and deployment instead of stopping at a visual prototype.

The project demonstrates a release-first approach: define the most valuable complete workflow, build the technical foundation around it and preserve a clear path for support and future iterations.

The challenge

The product needed to reach a usable first release without accumulating unnecessary scope, fragmented technical decisions or an unsupported prototype architecture.

The approach

We reduced the initial scope to the core user journey and defined the data, interface and operational requirements needed to support it end to end.

Design and development progressed together, allowing interaction decisions to reflect technical reality and keeping the finished interface consistent across responsive layouts.

Deployment and post-launch ownership were included in the product plan so the release could remain stable and continue evolving.
